Women's Wear Daily
During my stage at WWD in 2016, I acted as an in-house correspondent at their Rue Royale office location in Paris, France. While at WWD, I attended Y-3 and Thome Browne's spring 2017 runway presentations at Paris Fashion Week on behalf of senior editors, reported on John Galliano's winter advertorial, interviewed director Spike Jonze and Kenzo designers on the launch of their World eau de parfum, and worked closely alongside the European Beauty Editor.
Later in 2020, I would find myself on the receiving end of coverage by WWD for my perspective on workplace diversity as the founder of COTTA, a socially-conscious copy and content agency.
Flaunt Magazine
Before acting as a contributor to Flaunt magazine, I started as a general intern. Within two weeks of my role, I was assigned the cover story of the March issue, interviewing Coachella Valley-based artists The Date Farmers. From there, I named and curated their weekly web series No More I Love Ewes for Flaunt.com and continued to contribute to the publication both digitally and in print.
